With a background in marketing, analytics, and information systems, I bridge the gap between strategy and technology—turning complex data flows, AI models, and automation platforms into scalable, intuitive solutions.
I focus on architecting automated, AI-powered processes across CRM systems, digital advertising platforms, website integrations, and customer engagement tools. Whether it’s connecting platforms for real-time data transfer, deploying intelligent chat and lead-qualification systems, or building AI assistants that support internal teams, my goal is to create a seamlessly connected tech stack that reduces manual effort and drives measurable impact.

Jaime Godwin
I’m a marketing leader with 10+ years of experience helping businesses grow their brand, generate demand, and deliver measurable ROI. Since 2018, I’ve been with Kolter Homes, where I advanced from Email Marketing Coordinator to Director of Marketing Communications, now leading digital marketing and online sales teams for a company closing 1,500+ homes annually across multiple states.
My role centers on leading teams who manage key channels like paid search, paid social, SEO, CRM/email, and inside sales enablement, ensuring strategy is aligned, execution is consistent, and performance is measured. I partner closely with senior leadership to translate business objectives into marketing initiatives that drive qualified traffic, leads, and appointments across 25+ communities.

Melissa Cervin
Melissa is an accomplished marketing executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in the homebuilding industry. Her career began at Roberson Brothers, with pivotal marketing management roles at Centex Homes and Pinnacle Homes leading her to her current position as Vice President of Marketing at Lombardo Homes. In her role, Melissa drives brand recognition and delivers measurable results across divisions in both Michigan and Missouri.
With expertise spanning strategic marketing, business development, and continuous improvement, Melissa is known for her dynamic leadership style and passion for integrating technology into marketing. She thrives on the power of data-driven insights to shape strategies that elevate the customer experience and keep Lombardo Homes at the forefront of the industry. Her commitment to innovation, fostering talent, and driving positive change underscores her dedication to maintaining Lombardo Homes as a market leader in the homebuilding sector.

Nick Chitty
Nick is an experienced sales leader that has become obsessed with the science behind great leads for home builders. Whether it's increasing the quantity or improving the quality of leads, Nick wants to know about the theory, application and evidence as to what works and what doesn’t.
